At MTZ FITS, we take pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect every order before shipping. Please read our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product received is defective or damaged.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • You must provide clear proof of the defect, such as photos or videos

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging

Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Replacement Policy

If your return request is approved after review:

  • We will replace the defective product with a new one

  • Replacement items will be shipped at no additional cost

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or replacements for:

  • Products without verified defects

  • Incorrect size or change-of-mind requests

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Approved cases are eligible for replacement only.

How to Request a Replacement

To request a replacement, please contact our support team through the Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photo or video proof of the defect

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
